I am a lot of things, Bebe to my two beautiful granddaughters, Sweetie to my husband Danny of 37+ years, Mom to my amazing sons Jordan and Jake and their wives, my daughters-in-love, Danielle and Tiffany. I am also a health advocate. I also love taking care of myself and learning new things that inspire me to share with others. I enjoy helping people to become a better version of themselves and to fully enjoy their lives. I began wellness coaching using functional nutrition principles in September of 2020 and I continue to evolve my practice to include behavior modification principles, weight-loss strategies, nutrition for athletes, and specific issues that affect middle-aged women like me.
